Vegetables:

Walnuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower
seeds, Flax & Sesame seeds
Dairy
Products: Goat’s milk cheese
Protein:
chicken, fish, beef, beans & legumes (Eggs), (Soy)
Other ingredients:
Gluten free foods
The
Elimination Diet -
Foods To Avoid
Grains:
Wheat, Oats, Barley, Rye, Corn, Quinoa, Spelt
Fats:
Corn, Vegetable oil
Fruits:
pineapple, mango, banana, orange, papaya, coconut, tomato
Vegetables:
avocado, potato, eggplant, peppers, corn
Nuts/Seeds:
peanuts, cashews, pistachios
Dairy Products:
(milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, ice-cream)
Protein:
Pork, (Soy), (Eggs)
Other ingredients:
casein, whey, gluten, aspartame, hormones, additives, food
colorings & dyes.
Other:
protein bars, soy sauce
What
to Eat
Breakfast
Rice Protein Powder + Berries, + Juice or Rice Milk
Eggs & Vegetables
Rice
Waffles (Van’s all natural waffles)
Rice Pancakes (Pamela’s)
Rice Muffins (see attached)
Rice cereal (hot or cold)
Lunch
& Dinner
Salad plus tuna or chicken
Rice cake & sliced meat or canned tuna
Bean soup or cold bean salad
Stir fry with chicken/beef
Snacks
Nuts/Seeds
Fruit/Vegetables
Smoothie
Rice Dream (ice cream)
Gluten free cookies (Pamela’s)
The Elimination Diet
Continue the diet for 12-14 days
Monitor symptoms, both physical and mental ie. Headache,
bowel changes, skin changes, energy, well-being, concentration,
focus, ability to stay on task etc.
Reintroduction
Upon completion of the Elimination Diet (12-14 days), the
reintroduction of foods can be initiated.
Reintroduce
foods in any order.
Eat
the food in it’s pure form (ie. Shredded wheat).
Eat
the food three times in one day.
Watch
for symptoms for an additional two days.
